Introduction
This article explains how PizzaExpress customers are invited to take part in the How Did We Dough survey, who can receive an invitation, and what to do if you have not received your complimentary Dough Balls email.
How survey invitations are sent
Survey invitations are sent exclusively by email. You may receive an invitation if you:
- Make a reservation through the PizzaExpress Club app
- Check in and settle the bill using the PizzaExpress Club
- Log in to PizzaExpress Wi-Fi
- Place an order through a delivery partner
Participation rules
Participation in the How Did We Dough survey is by invitation only. The survey link for howdidwedough.com is only accessible through an invitation email.
Each customer can complete one survey per week. The invitation link can only be used once. If you have not received an invitation, you may have the opportunity to take part in a future survey.
Dough Balls not received
If you ticked the box to accept your complimentary Dough Balls but have not received the email, please check your junk or spam folders first.
If you have checked your junk and spam folders and still cannot find the email, please contact the Customer Service Team for help.

If you are eligible, your invitation will be sent to the email address linked to your PizzaExpress Club account or order details. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team.
