If you've experienced a problem with a PizzaExpress Cook at Home product, such as a quality issue, missing item, or something that didn't meet your expectations, here's how to get in touch with us.
Before you contact us
To help us resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, please have the following information ready:
- Product name — the full name as shown on the packaging
- Best before or use-by date — printed on the pack
- Batch code — usually found on the side or base of the packaging
- Retailer name — where you purchased the product
- Date of purchase — when you bought the product
- Description of the issue — what went wrong and when you noticed it
- Photos — if possible, photos of the product and packaging are very helpful
How to submit your complaint
You can raise a complaint in the following ways:
Online form The quickest way to reach us is by submitting a request through our Help Centre. Select Contact you about your supermarket range as the topic and provide as much detail as possible.
What happens next
Once we receive your complaint, a member of our team will review the details and get back to you. We aim to respond within 5 working days. For complex quality investigations, it may take a little longer, but we'll keep you updated.
Returning a product
In most cases, you don't need to return the product to us. However, please keep the packaging and any remaining product until your complaint has been resolved, as we may ask for further information.
Purchased from a retailer?
If you bought the product from a supermarket or other retailer, you may also be able to return it directly to the store for a refund. This does not affect your right to raise a complaint with us about the product quality.
