Where to Buy Gift Cards & eGifts
You can purchase PizzaExpress Gift Cards and eGifts in a number of ways:

Directly from PizzaExpress via our online gift page

- Through selected retailers and third-party partners (such as major supermarkets or online reward platforms)
If you purchase through a third-party retailer, some processes (such as balance queries or support) may differ, and you may need to contact the retailer or our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Checking Your Balance
If you purchased your Gift Card or eGift directly from PizzaExpress, you can easily check your balance online using our balance checker.

If you purchased your eGift through a retailer or third-party agent, or if your card has expired, please contact our Customer Service Team for support.
Validity & Expiry
- All PizzaExpress Gift Cards and eGifts are valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.
- After expiry, any remaining balance will no longer be available.
- Gift Cards and eGifts can only be replaced once, within 6 months of the expiry date.
We recommend checking your balance and using your card before it expires to avoid disappointment.
Using Your Gift Card or eGift
Gift Cards and eGifts can be used as payment in our PizzaExpress pizzerias.
Please note:
- They cannot be used for online collection or delivery orders.
- You can still use them for collection orders by:
- Ordering over the phone, or
- Ordering in person,
- Then presenting your Gift Card or eGift when you arrive to collect your order.
- Gift Cards and eGifts cannot be used to pay via the PizzaExpress Club app.
Order Not Received or Having Issues
If you:
- Haven’t received a Gift Card or eGift purchased directly from PizzaExpress, or
- Are experiencing issues using a Gift Card or eGift

Important Information
- Gift Cards and eGifts should be treated like cash — they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Any remaining balance stays on the card and can be used for future purchases until expiry.
