How PizzaExpress Click & Collect works
With Click & Collect, you place your order in advance, choose a PizzaExpress restaurant, select a collection time, and pay online or in the app. Your order is then prepared for you to collect from the restaurant at the selected time.
Before you start
To place a Click & Collect order, you will need the PizzaExpress app or access to the PizzaExpress website, a valid payment method, and your preferred restaurant location. Please note that when you order a collection online, we cannot amend orders to accommodate specific allergies or dietary requirements.
How to place a Click & Collect order
1. Choose Click & Collect.
Open the PizzaExpress website or app and select the Click & Collect option.
2. Select your restaurant. Enter your location or use your current location to find a nearby PizzaExpress restaurant. Choose the restaurant where you want to collect your order.
3. Build your order.
Browse the menu and add items to your basket. You can usually customise your order by selecting toppings, sides, sauces, and other available options before checkout.
4. Choose a collection time.
Select the time you would like to collect your order. Availability may vary by restaurant and by how busy the kitchen is.
5. Review and pay.
