Assistance Dogs are welcome in all our restaurants. In accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (NI), PizzaExpress welcomes the following:
Assistance Dogs:-
Guide dogs: to assist the blind and visually impaired
Hearing dogs: to assist the deaf and hard of hearing
Service dogs: to assist with mobility, seizure, or other medical alerts
"Emotional Support Dogs" do not go through any specialised training and are not currently recognised as being Assistance Dogs. As a result, we are not able to allow these dogs into our restaurants.
However, where the restaurant has an outside seating area (which is not entered via the internal restaurant), well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Restaurant Manager's discretion, so please do make sure you call to confirm in advance of your visit.
