For parties of 7 or more adults (18+), we will automatically add a discretionary service charge of 12.5% to the bill. Also, please note that our Jazz and Event sites will add a discretionary service charge of 12.5% to every bill. This charge is completely optional, so please ask your waiter if you would like this to be removed.
100% of tips go to our restaurant teams, with no deductions. All cash tips go straight to your waiter. All credit card tips and service charge payments are shared among the team who are working during your visit, in line with the policy agreed by our Tronc committee (a group of employees who work in our restaurants).
Currently, as voted by the Tronc committee, 68% of card-based tips go directly to your waiter as a reward for their excellent service, with the remaining 32% shared amongst the shift managers, cleaners, Pizzaiolos and another kitchen team who helped create your excellent dining experience.
