Vegan Mozzarella Alternative
In 2017, we introduced our first vegan mozzarella alternative. Made in Italy using local ingredients, it melts perfectly in our pizza oven and provides a creamy finish. Eggs
We are proud to use 100% free-range eggs across our business, including both whole eggs and egg ingredients used in our recipes. The eggs used in our dressings and as ingredients in our dishes are also pasteurised where appropriate to help ensure food safety. Our standard pizza dough does not contain dairy, and our signature tomato sauce is made with tomatoes, salt, pepper, fresh basil and oregano.
