Romana Moroccan Chicken
Created by our 2026 Pizzaioloa of the Year Champion, Sam Wray, this vibrant pizza combines Moroccan-spiced chicken, spiced apricot chutney, mixed peppers, red onion, mozzarella and black olives, finished with fresh mint and parsley.
Meatball Italiano
A returning favourite featuring succulent pork meatballs, spicy beef, tomato, garlic, mozzarella, red onion, chilli oil, parsley and Gran Milano cheese.
Calabrese (Limited-Time Return)
Back for a limited time from 3 September to 5 October, the Calabrese pizza features Calabrese and spicy 'nduja sausage, red chilli, roasted peppers, mozzarella, tomato, rocket, basil and pine kernel pesto, finished with Gran Milano cheese.
New Pasta
Mushroom & Truffle Pappardelle
A comforting pasta dish featuring mushrooms in a creamy sauce with ribbons of pappardelle, finished with truffle oil and Gran Milano cheese. Please note that this dish cannot be made gluten-free.

Signature Rosso
A smooth Italian red wine with notes of ripe cherry, soft plum and gentle spice, produced from a classic blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Nero d'Avola grapes.
Signature Bianco
A crisp and refreshing Italian white wine with flavours of citrus and orchard fruits, produced primarily from Trebbiano grapes with small amounts of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc
