PizzaExpress Club App – Technical Requirements

To ensure the best possible experience when using the PizzaExpress Club app, please make sure your device and app meet the latest technical requirements.

✅ Check your app version

To make sure you’re using the latest version of the PizzaExpress Club app:

1. Open the app
2. Tap the two lines in the top right-hand corner of the homepage
3. Select Version Number

Keeping your app updated ensures you have access to the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes.

📱 Device compatibility

Your device must be running a supported operating system for the app to work reliably.

Android devices

• ✅ Minimum supported version: Android 13

We no longer support Android 12.
This is because Google officially ended both active and security support for this version in March 2025.

As a result:

• We cannot guarantee the app will function reliably on older software
• Security updates are no longer provided, which may put customer data at risk

To ensure a safe and seamless experience, we have aligned with Android’s currently supported operating systems.

Apple (iOS) devices

• ✅ Minimum supported version: iOS 16.6
• ✅ Supported on: iPhone 7 or newer

We no longer support iOS 15.
This is because Apple officially ended both active and security support for this version in March 2025.

As a result:

• Older devices or software may experience issues using the app
• We cannot guarantee performance or security on unsupported versions

To provide the best experience and protect customer data, we align with Apple’s supported software requirements.

If your device cannot update to the required operating system:

• You may not be able to download or update the app
• Some features may not work as expected
• Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee compatibility on unsupported devices
