Managing Your PizzaExpress Club Account

This guide will help you manage your PizzaExpress Club account, including updating your details, resetting your password, and resolving common account issues.


Updating Your Date of Birth (DOB)

If your date of birth was entered incorrectly when you signed up, you can update this yourself:

  • Log in to your account via the website
  • Click the Login button at the top of the homepage
  • Navigate to your account details and select Edit Details
  • Update your date of birth within your PizzaExpress Club account

Please note:

  • You can only update your DOB once, so please ensure the information is correct before saving 

Forgot or Need to Change Your Password?

If you’re having trouble logging in, you can reset your password easily:

Using the App

  • Open the PizzaExpress app
  • Enter your email address
  • Select Forgotten password
  • Follow the instructions sent to your email

If your email isn’t recognised

  • Select Join to complete registration
  • Ensure the email address entered is correct

Checking if you already have an account

  • Click Login at the top of this page
  • Select “Forgotten your password?”
  • Enter your email address

If you have an account, you’ll receive instructions to reset your password.

If you see:
“Oops, this email address has not been found”

  • You may only be signed up to the mailing list
  • You can still download offers and make bookings without an account
  • To create an account, simply register using the app

Account Suspended

If your account has been suspended or locked:

  • Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance

In some cases, accounts may be restricted due to activity that doesn’t meet the Club terms 


Setting Your Favourite Pizzeria

If you didn’t select a favourite pizzeria when registering, you can add one at any time:

  • Click the account icon in the top right-hand corner
  • Select Go to Pizzerias
  • Search for your preferred location
  • Add it as your favourite

Changing Your Email Address

Your email address is your username and cannot be updated on an existing account.

If you’d like to use a different email address:

  1. Create a new PizzaExpress Club account using your preferred email
  2. Contact our Customer Service team
  3. We can help transfer your rewards to your new account
