Joining PizzaExpress Club is quick and easy – just follow the steps below to get started.

PizzaExpress Club is only available via our mobile app, so you’ll need a smartphone to join.
You can download the app here:
👉 Please note: You must have a smartphone to be a PizzaExpress Club member.
Creating your PizzaExpress Club account
- Open the PizzaExpress app
- Enter your email address
- Tap “Forgotten password”
- If your email address is recognised, follow the prompts to reset your password and access your account
- If your email address isn’t recognised, select “Join” to register a new account
Once you’ve completed the two-factor verification, your account will be set up and ready to use.
Why we verify your details
To make sure you don’t already have an account, we validate your email address and phone number during registration.
This also helps us:
- Keep your account secure
- Ensure rewards are linked to the correct account
- Manage the number of accounts per device
Not received your verification email?
If your verification email hasn’t arrived:
- Reopen the PizzaExpress app
- Log back into your account
- Request the verification email to be resent
👉 Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder, just in case.
Don’t have a smartphone?
While PizzaExpress Club requires a smartphone, you can still create a My PizzaExpress (My PE) account to order online for collection.
