PizzaExpress Club rewards you every time you enjoy our pizzas—whether dining in, ordering online, or picking up a chilled pizza in store. Here’s everything you need to know about earning stamps and slices.
✅ How do I earn Pizza Stamps and Slices?
🍽️ Dine-in (Pizzeria visits)
Each time you check in to your table using the PizzaExpress Club app, you’ll earn:
- 1 Pizza Stamp (12 slices) per visit
- When you spend a minimum of £15.00 per person checked in
- This is after any rewards or discounts have been applied
Your visit will then count as an eligible stamp.
🛵 Collection & Delivery (PizzaExpress.com)
When you order via PizzaExpress.com:
- You’ll earn 6 slices (½ pizza stamp) per order
- Make sure you are logged into your PizzaExpress Club account when placing your order
🛒 Chilled retail pizzas
You can also earn rewards when shopping in supermarkets:
- Earn 3 slices (¼ pizza stamp) on selected chilled pizzas
- Simply scan the QR code inside the packaging
- Availability may vary—please check the packaging for details
⏱️ Daily earning limits
Within any 24-hour period, you can earn:
- 1 dine-in pizza stamp (12 slices)
- OR two ½ pizza stamps (6 slices each) via online order
- PLUS unlimited slices from chilled retail pizzas (where eligible)
🔍 How do I check my slice history?
To view your PizzaExpress Club activity:
- Open the app
- Tap the account icon (top right-hand corner)
- Select “Rewards activity”
Here you’ll see a full history of your earned slices and stamps.
❗ Missing slices or stamps?
🛵 Collection / Delivery – Stamp not received
Slices are only awarded when ordering via PizzaExpress.com.
If you’re missing slices:
- First, check your Rewards activity in the app
- Ensure you were logged into your account when placing the order
If they’re still missing, please contact our Customer Services team.
🍽️ Dine-in – Stamp not received
If you dined in a pizzeria and didn’t receive your stamp, please check:
- ✅ Did you check in via the app before or during your visit?
- ✅ Did you enter your table number correctly?
- ✅ Did you confirm your check-in with your waiter?
- ✅ Did each member spend at least £15.00 after rewards?
If all criteria were met:
- Stamps should appear after your visit (sometimes within 24 hours if paid via waiter)
- You can track this in your Rewards activity

ℹ️ Important things to remember
- You must be logged in to earn slices on online orders
- You must check in to earn dine-in stamps
- Minimum spend applies after rewards are deducted
- Stamps and slices can’t be added retrospectively if requirements weren’t met
