PizzaExpress Club – How It Works

The PizzaExpress Club is our loyalty programme that rewards you every time you dine with us, order online, or collect your favourites.

You can earn Pizza Stamps and unlock exciting rewards as you move through our membership tiers.

Membership Tiers

There are three membership tiers in the PizzaExpress Club:

• Bronze – you’ll be placed here as soon as you join
• Silver – unlock with 3 Pizza Stamps
• Gold – unlock with 10 Pizza Stamps

You’ll need to earn these stamps within 12 months and before your tier anniversary date to progress.

As you move up each tier, you’ll unlock even more fantastic rewards to enjoy when you:

• Dine in at our restaurants
• Order via PizzaExpress Delivers
• Order for collection

Bronze Tier

As soon as you join PizzaExpress Club, you’ll automatically become a Bronze member.

Your rewards include:

• Free side or dough balls ‘PizzaExpress’
• 25% off Piccolo kids’ meals
• A free birthday reward - free dessert

Silver Tier

Once you reach 3 full Pizza Stamps, you’ll move up to Silver tier.

Your rewards include:

• Free side and *any dough balls (including loaded dough balls, excluding Doppio dough balls)
• 50% off Piccolo kids’ meals all week
• Free dip every time you dine
• Free Romana upgrade (Monday–Thursday)
• 10% off kids’ or adult pizza-making parties
• A birthday reward each year - free classic pizza

Gold Tier

When you reach 10 Pizza Stamps within your anniversary year, you’ll unlock Gold tier.

Your rewards include:

• Free side or *any dough balls (including loaded dough balls, excluding Doppio dough balls)
• Free Piccolo kids’ meal all week
• Free dip
• Free Romana upgrade
• Free soft or hot drink each visit
• 20% off kids’ and adult pizza-making parties
• A free birthday reward - free prosecco or wine

How Long Will I Stay in Each Tier?

When you move up a tier:

• You’ll receive a new set of rewards for that tier
• Rewards from your previous tier will no longer apply

Once you reach a tier, you’ll stay there for 12 months, unless:

• (a) You progress to a higher tier – your anniversary date resets for another 12 months
• (b) Your participation in PizzaExpress Club ends

What Happens After 12 Months?

At your tier anniversary, we’ll review how many Pizza Stamps you’ve earned in the previous 12 months and adjust your tier accordingly.

Example:

• If you’re in Silver but only earned 2 Pizza Stamps during the year, you’ll move back to Bronze
• If you’re in Gold and earned 15 Pizza Stamps, you’ll remain in Gold for another 12 months, and your stamps will reset

👉 Please note:
Pizza Stamps do not carry over into the next 12-month period after your anniversary date.
