Checking Reward Terms & Conditions

• Tap on the reward from your app home screen
• Scroll to the bottom and select the T&Cs link

How can I see my rewards?

Once logged in:

1. Go to your home screen
2. Scroll down to “Your Bronze, Silver, or Gold rewards”
3. Swipe right to view all rewards in your tier

Below this, you’ll find your Offers carousel.

If you’re unable to locate your rewards:

• Try hard closing and reopening the app

For further details on any reward, simply tap “Learn More”.

Unable to use rewards

To successfully apply your rewards, please ensure:

• Your bill meets the £15 minimum spend per member checked in
• You’ve ordered the correct items linked to the reward

Additional points to note:

• If you’re experiencing signal issues in the restaurant, please speak to a team member — they can assist with applying your rewards
• Rewards cannot be used with partner offers such as Tesco Clubcard or UNiDAYS
• Rewards must be applied at the time of purchase:
  • Dine-in: via the app during your visit
  • Collection/Delivery: when placing your order online

Unfortunately, rewards cannot be applied retrospectively, so please ensure you are logged in and checked in (for dine-in) before ordering.

Birthday Reward

• Your birthday reward will appear in your app on the 1st day of your birthday month
• It is valid for 6 weeks

If you join during your birthday month:

• The reward will unlock immediately
• The 6-week validity still runs from the 1st of your birthday month

Piccolo Rewards

• Gold members can enjoy their free Piccolo reward 7 days a week
• Bronze and Silver members receive:
  • 25% or 50% off Piccolo meals
  • Available all week, every time they dine

To check specific eligibility, open the reward in your app and view the full T&Cs.

Locked Rewards

Some rewards will remain locked until they become valid.

• For example, your birthday reward unlocks on the 1st day of your birthday month

Using multiple rewards

You can use all eligible tier rewards during:

• A dine-in visit (via the app)
• An online order (collection or delivery)

Please note:

• You must meet the minimum spend requirement shown in the app
• This is calculated:
  • After rewards and discounts are applied
  • Excluding delivery fees

Combining rewards & offers

We’ve recently updated the app to make it clearer how rewards and offers work together.

Key things to remember:

• Rewards and partner offers cannot be combined
• If you choose to use a partner offer (e.g. Tesco):
  • You will still earn a pizza stamp, as long as:
    • The £15 minimum spend per member (after discount) is met

We recommend always checking the Terms & Conditions before use to avoid disappointment.

Can I use rewards at PizzaExpress Live venues?

Yes — you can redeem your rewards when dining at our Jazz or Live Music venues using the app.

However:

• Rewards are not valid in conjunction with Jazz membership benefits
